At Somar Photography Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality professional photography services. Due to the nature of photography services and digital products, the following refund and return policies apply.

Once photography services have been performed, all payments are non-refundable. Time, preparation, travel, and professional services are reserved exclusively for each client.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed photography sessions
   
• Completed events or photoshoots
   
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or style
   

Clients are encouraged to review Somar Photography Studio’s portfolio before booking to ensure the style meets their expectations.

Deposits made to secure a photography date are non-refundable. The deposit guarantees that the selected date and time are reserved exclusively for the client.

• If a cancellation is made 7 days or more before the scheduled event, any payments beyond the deposit may be eligible for a partial refund.
   
• If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
   

Clients may request to reschedule their session depending on availability. Somar Photography Studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes.

All delivered images, digital downloads, edited photographs, and media files are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered to the client.

In the unlikely event that Somar Photography Studio cannot perform services due to emergency, illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive:

• The option to reschedule, or
   
• A full refund of payments made.
